Kaloora is based in Victoria, Australia, and we currently ship to addresses within Australia only.

Processing times

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. During busy periods this may take a little longer, and we will let you know if there is a delay.

Delivery times

Most orders are delivered within 3 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier used. Deliveries to regional and remote areas may take a little longer.

Shipping carriers

We use trusted Australian couriers and Australia Post to deliver orders. Many of our products are shipped directly from our supplier’s warehouse, so items in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate parcels.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you tracking information where it is available so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart.
